IS THERE PARKING NEAR YOUR BUILDING?

Yes, we offer free parking for you throughout your Luxe Experience. There is a garage attached to our building for additional guests and visitors. Please contact our Guest Services Concierge, (Brhodes@gmail.com) for additional questions. 

Alterations

HOW SOON SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY FITTING?

We suggest that you schedule at least 90 days prior to your wedding date. If there is less time until your special day please, contact our Guest Services Concierge at brhodes@elitesecretsbridal.com call 410-727-7000.

HOW MUCH ARE ALTERATIONS?

If you purchased your dress from Elite Secrets Bridal you already know our Guest Services COncierge will reach out to you with information on the timeline for scheduling your first alterations fitting. Our standard bridal alterations package is $600. which includes the bustle, hem, waistline, and custom cups.

Bridal rush fees will be incurred with less than a 6 week turning around time.

For the bridal party alteration pricing varies based on the amount of alterations needed. The starting price is $90 and up. For additonation details for the standard or a la carte pricing please contact our Guest Services Concierge at 410-782-5293.

Design

WHEN SHOULD I START THE CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS?

We start your alterations 16 weeks before your wedding date, with about 3 fittings. Should you require additional appointments we will gladly schedule them on an as needed basis. Shall you need a shorter timeline, we’d gladly assist you. Please contact us at 410.782.5293 for details on scheduling. 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A DRESS THAT’S ALREADY IN STOCK?

Yes it would be our pleasure to help with the added details, alterations, and full styling of your dream dress look.

I HAVE MY OWN STYLIST. CAN THEY ASSIST WITH THE DESIGN PROCESS?

As much as we appreciate the willingness to help, we believe that every customer, along with your family, friends and team, should be able to relax during this season in your life (as much as you can during wedding season). If your stylist would like to accompany you to your fittings, they are more than welcome.

DO YOU DESIGN BRIDESMAIDS OR FLOWER GIRL DRESSES?

If you can dream it, we can create it.

DO YOU DESIGN TUXEDOS AND OTHER GARMENTS BESIDES GOWNS?

Our designers are experts in all types of designs. From the engagement party to the honeymoon. We can create a series of custom looks for your wedding day planning and day of.

CAN I GET A DRESS EVEN IF I’M NOT IN BALTIMORE?

Yes, we can begin the process virtually and create a timeline for the production of your dream dress based on your location and wedding day needs.
